Before visiting Aleks and Paul at Advanced Chiropractic I suffered with a lot of stiffness and pain round my lower back and hip area. As a professional golfer it was not ideal situation for me as I would always be travelling and my body felt very stiff after long journeys and rounds of golf, this would affect my body rotation and technique and did not allow me to give my 100%.
With a combination of sessions with Aleks ( chiropractor) and Paul (ART physiotherapy) I have noticed a vast improvement not only in my affected areas but in my whole body and also my Swing technique. I started these sessions around a month before I had a very important tournament which was a qualifying school of the ALPS TOUR and I finished T10th which gives me full playing rights for 2016 season. Without their professional work I would have not being able to achieve my goals.

After years of hard training I had problems with my left hip and thoracic spine that affected my training in a negative way.
I started my treatment with Dr. Bjargo and noticed how my troubled areas got better. The pain that was going from my hip down in my left leg, and also from my midback to my shoulder- and neck area gradually disappeared. After a few weeks of chiropractic treatment I was back on track, and could continue my preparation for my fitness-competitions.
I've had a couple of episodes with hip- and back problems since then and chiropractic has helped me to get rid of the problems really fast.

I remember at my first visit I had constant pain in the lower back, which sometimes turned into a sharp pain. When I woke up every morning the pain was really intense. And for months it was impossible for me to do any sports. Now I feel I have regained mobility of the spine. Before chiropractic care it was completely rigid, and all movements were stiff. Now when I wake up every morning my back does not hurt anymore. My experience has been very good; at first my body resisted to the change, but in the course of the sessions it has adapted without any problems. It has impacted directly on my health and my posture.
I recommend chiropractic care without hesitation. Our backs undergo a lot of stress throughout the day such as bad posture, work stress, and muscle strain which cause deterioration to our spine back pain which the vast majority of people suffer from. But thanks to chiropractic we restore the balance in our spinal column and release the stress that we put on it.
I have been receiving chiropractic care with Dr Bjargo for nearly 10 years. The care has kept me fit and able-bodied so I can enjoy all aspects of my life. I had a slight accident on my bike but the care has helped me recover fast and return to a high standard of fitness I had before. When I first came to Advanced Chiropractic I had so much back pain that I found it impossible to stand up straight. I also found that my neck was getting really sore from nursing my baby. Sports injuries are injuries that occur during the practice of sports or exercise. Some are from accidents. Others may be the result of poor training practicesor misuse of training equipment. Some people get injured when they are in good physical condition. In some cases, the lesions are due to the lack or scarcity of warm up or stretch before playing or exercising.
