Advanced Chiropractic offers pilates classes with different equipment that help you improve your health and fitness. Our licensed instructor Vicky Gorena speaks fluent English and have over 10 years experience.We are located in Albir, tops 10 minutes drive from Benidorm, Altea and Alfaz  del Pi.    Pilates with Fitball

The fitball consists of a sequence of exercises that are performed on a big ball, either in static or in motion, with the help of music. The person can perform different positions (side, back or stomach), where its concentration comes into play and will work your muscles and joints to keep the body stable and balanced on the ball. Pilates with fitball achieved many more health benefits. You can improve flexibility, strength and endurance, while strengthening the balance, coordination and body posture.

Highly recommended for people with poor postural condition, or joints especially in lower back and spine.

FOTOCINTAYou can get a full-body workout with resistance bands, using exercise moves that target your lower body and upper body. Exercising with resistance bands keeps your core engaged at all times, thus strengthening and toning your midsection even as you perform other exercises. FOTORINGIt is a small equitment that let you to increase your streanght in Pilates exercises and tone your upper body. The exercise should start from the deep contration abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. Pilates  with  Foam Roller

TFOTOFOAM ROLLERhe Foam Roller is another small equipment that can be used to enrich exercises offering an unstable method of cylindrical form that tests the stabilization and balance the body. It is also used to stretch and strengthen the muscles dynamically. Due to its cylindrical shape constantly stimulates the balance reactions activating the stabilizing musculature (deep), and secondary to stabilization, mobilizing working muscles (superficial), thus improving posture and correct movement from "center". This way you can improve poor postural habits due to muscle imbalances, and that forces us to reprogram the patterns of movement from the conscious and controlled exercise. It can be used to assist or impede the desired movement to the needs of each person. Besides all the advantages of the foam roller is one of the most enjoyable ways to work in Pilates. It is also practical to perform a self massage and fascial release. Building on body weight and "rolling" the muscles above it, they relax and lengthen, thus manages to win in flexibility and breadth in the range of motion.
